As you make your way up to the second level you will find a great room, well stocked kitchen, dining area and 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This home is dog friendly and in the off season dogs are permitted on the beach anytime! Available rentals require a minimum stay of 91 days. Application, Credit Check, & Security Deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Rates listed are inclusive of rent, utilities, and cox cable/internet. Rent includes utility cap of $300.00. Availability date and rent subject to change based on most current availability. Use of pools and/or hot tubs are not included. Available 1/1/25-4/30/25.
