This tree-house-like 2 br apt was completely and tastefully renovated. All porcelain and hardwood flooring, new ikea kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher. Sliding barn doors on bathroom and closet. It is a very private space because the building is nestled in a hill and the back views are a wooded slope. The building is also protected from flooding because of being on higher ground.
Heating is inexpensive with a new rinnai heater in the main space and supplemental electric heat in the bedrooms. The apartment is very well insulated and has custom high quality super-insulating windows. It is on the 3rd floor so is very private and feels like a fourth floor because the house is uphill from the street. The back side is a steep hill covered with trees offering complete privacy.
Right in downtown Johnson, so walking distance to all shops, cafes, laundry, etc. Security deposit of 1 month, plus first and last months rent due upon signing the lease. Applications include landlord and employment references as well as credit/background check, plus proof of income of 3x the rent. No smoking.
