This place is too small for the amount of apartments. Not enough parking, you literally have to rush home to have a chance to find a parking spot. You can only get 1 paid parking spot and only one garage. The dog park is gross. You can smell the pee and it is quite pungent. The walls are paper thin. You can easily hear people's conversations inside their homes while walking outside. The other problem is that it's not very pedestrian friendly. Becuase of it's location, right across from the CostCo and all the businesses it doesn't seem walking friendly at night. Also, none of the apartments have an outside storage closet. You have to pay extra to get one of those. It should be included. The pool area is small. There is no clubhouse to go in and relax and do stuff.
