There is barely any parking available and you have to pay for a spot to make sure you get one. They close the pool when others break the rules and everyone is punished. Renovations are needed needs new carpet, bathroom remodeling - my apartment has smelled bad since day 1 and I have cleaned the carpet after I moved in - still stinks. The bathroom smells like mold and nothing they do changes it. I will not extend here and am not even staying a year. No light in the apartment. Apartment is basically in the woods so you have spiders and bugs.
