My rental application and housing voucher were accepted very quickly and the move in process was quick. The bus stop is less than a 15 minute walk away. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in unit which makes it very convenient. Maintenance responds very quickly. Location is safe, only noise is from nearby freeway from some apartments.

The management literally sucks. Anytime something is broken they show up a then say “can’t recreate the same issue” had multiple issues with my ESA pet. They threatened to kick me out.
