A part of the Carnegie Square neighborhood, the Buena Vista was built in 1905 by architect/builder William Bacon & Albert Keats. When we took on the project, the 34,700 square foot building had long since been abandoned and condemned. The Buena Vista was and is a key part of the revitalization of the Carnegie Square neighborhood. Today, it is a bustling 40-unit apartment building facing a tree-lined street.

This building is charming, quiet, and has a secured entrance. Located next to a coffee shop and other shopping opportunities, this building is perfect for those afternoon get togethers. Bring your feline friends, cats are ok!

AMENITIES:
Parking is available in a lot behind the Rocket Bakery (Eldridge Building) from 6PM – 8AM M - F and all hours on the weekend. Another bonus is residents can purchase a pass to park at any all day meters for an unlimited length of time for $25 / month. Storage is also available for an additional $35 per month. (Subject to availability.)
