The owner of this duplex is very firm on all three (3) requirements. All tenants that are 18 years and older MUST meet all three requirements to be approved:
1) Combined household income must be 2 1/2 times the rent/WSG fee- 2) Credit score of each adult must be 680+- and 3) Criminal and civil background check.
Cosigners are welcome with a 740 credit score and 5x rent for income. The owners have a strict 'no cat' policy, but will accept responsible dog owners on a case by case basis. Showings must be scheduled by phone.
Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must submit an application. We will (1) check your credit report- (2) check for any past evictions- (3) verify your employment, if applicable- (4) personal income must be sufficient and verifiable- (5) verify your previous landlord references- (6) perform a criminal and civil background screening.
