Waneta Road / E. Lincoln Ave.: This part of town draws in a lot of residents because it's so convenient. There's a lovely coffeeshop here -- Guerra's Coffee Company -- which you will probably frequent because Washingtonians sure do love their coffee! The area is primarily residential so you'll find quite a few apartments for rent here.
The town was founded in 1893 and was incorporated as a town in 1902, so it has a lot of historic value and many attractions and sights to see. It's also home to the Lighted Farm Implement Parade, which happens every December and is one of the country's biggest lighted parades!
