The price that listed for advertisement is less then what I’m paying. The price to live there seems to keep going up. Seems to be more higher fines and fees as time goes by. You have to pay for a parking space and parking permit. I put in a maintance request and no one came to my place to look at the problem but then sent me a email asking if I was satisfied with their services. I got a $600 pet fine for allowing a friend to come to town and bring a dog. Per pet agreement, understandable. But lease also says no pitbull and there’s atleast 4. Do they have to pay same non compliance fee? Otherwise I love it there!
