This larger, upper level, three bedroom duplex features hardwood flooring throughout the home. Lots of windows to allow in natural sunlight
Plenty of closets for storage.
There is a large walk-in pantry off of the kitchen.
Stove and Refrigerator are there for your use, washer & dryer hook-ups available in the basement

*** 1 Garage space in a shared garage is available for an additional $50 a month.

***There is an additional charge of $25 per month if you choose to hook up a washer & dryer. This is to help off-set the water expense.

Some local schools to the property include but are not limited to the following: Sherman Elementary, Milwaukee School of Languages & Washington high School of Information & Technology.

Our Rental Criteria:
-We show units by appointment, Tuesday – Friday, 11am – 3pm, 4-5 showing's per day.
-Any resident prospect over the age of 18 is required to complete a rental application.
-Application fee is $40.00 Non-refundable. $20.00 is applied to your background check, $20.00 is for the office for processing.
-Monthly gross income must equal or exceed three times the monthly rent. This income can be combined by all applicants applying / residing.
-Credit Karma is a free resource for you to review your credit score prior to applying, www.creditkarma.com. Your credit score to apply must be at a minimum score of 525 to be accepted for a review.
-Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify.
-Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable.
-3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or excessive collections.
-If your eviction is less than 2 years old or is in open case status with the courts, we probably will not be able to work with you
-If approved, you are required to provide Proof of Renter's Insurance. Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys. World Property Management LLC (WPM) must be listed as “ADDITIONAL INSURED” not additional interest.
-If approved, proof of WE Energies activated in your name AND proof of insurance with WPM listed as “ADDITIONAL INSURED” will be required prior to receiving keys.
-A person whose application is denied may not reapply for 90 days -3 to 4 business days to process applications.
