Moving to Town
Are you ready to find rental homes in Teays Valley, West Virginia? If so, you have plenty of housing choices, including a number of rental condos, apts for rent, single-family homes, or you can find a duplex for rent. When it comes to rental listings, the place is kind of in the ice ages, since many landlords simply post a sign in front of the house, so be prepared to drive around to spot the rental of your choice. Once you target your dream abode, get your credit report, pay stubs, and references together to impress that landlord.
Try to avoid moving in June, July, or August as those months see the highest temperatures and will making moving a harder task than it already is. On the same note, the cold in January and February won't be your friend either.
