There are four sections or neighborhoods in Vienna, West Virginia, which is along the Ohio River and just above it's neighboring city of Parkersburg. This division is along street lines and while not exactly parallel they are the basic regions of the city. City Center, 1st Avenue/Grand Central Ave, Grand Central Ave/8th Street, and Ohio Valley U/Rosemary Rd are the four segments.

City Center: City Center is the Northeast nook of Vienna, between Grand Central Avenue and Rosemary Drive. This region has Jackson Middle School and kids are bussed to this only middle school in the city.

1st Avenue / Grand Central Avenue: Located in the north west corner of Vienna this neighborhood is where all roads meet: Route 77, Grand Central Ave and the Ohio River. This area is a hub of activity.

Grand Central Avenue / 8th Street: This is the southwest section of Vienna, containing City Hall and Grand Central Mall. Stop by city hall for maps and more information.

Ohio Valley U / Rosemary Road: This neighborhood is the southwest wedge of Vienna and continues to Rosemary Dr., then closes the city (to Parkersburg just to the south) in Grand Central Ave as it changes to Murdock St. This piece of Vienna contains Ohio Valley University, so that is ripe real estate for those wanting to work and go to school.
