“My apartment was rented as soon as I gave my notice to move out before my lease was up, it is a shame that they took over $6,000 dollars from me pluse cleaning (I left it in immaculate conditions) knowing someone was moving in the next few days after I vacate. The prices are also a bit high for what you get. The pet poop is aweful and the trash situation.”

“Great staff and the maintenance is always on top of things. Parking is not the best, wish there were additional visitor parking. Amenities are good. The pool doesn't seem to have enough chlorine on the weekends, it gets nasty and foggy. I recommend turning on the pool to cycle at night on Friday and Saturday evenings so they pool can be somewhat clean over the weekend. I used a chlorine test strip and it was very low on Friday evening.”

“We love living here, we love the space. Not crazy about the overall location and wish it wasn't so dense in the neighborhood in general but we love management our apartment and amenities and the maitenence crew is awesome! The rental rates in San Diego are a bit out of control and we do wish it was a bit less expensive but it is worth it for the pool and other amenities etc”
