Features an original flagstone fireplace, washer/dryer in unit, large yard, and driveway. A park is located out your front door only a short distance to many recreational trails. Beautiful views of the Alaska Range, Mt. Susitna / Sleeping Lady, and the Port of Anchorage. Sorry no AHFC/SECT 8. A small dog may be considered on approval. $1950 a month and all utilities are included. Offered by Property Manager, Michelle Scott. WELCOME HOME! Thank you for allowing Alaska Property Managers LLC to assist you with your new home! This rental application will enable us to determine if you are qualified for your preferred rental property, therefore, it is very important that you fill out ALL the information requested. To ensure a fluid process, please ensure that you have the following additional information with the application: APPLICATION FEE ** Any person that is 18 years and older MUST fill out an individual application ** There is a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee per application that must be paid prior to processing this application. SECURITY DEPOSIT • Unless otherwise noted a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent will be required and will be required to be paid in full by Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24hrs of application approval to secure the rental. IDENTITY VERIFICATION • For each applicant or co-signer, we will need a copy of your driver’s license or Military ID. EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION All occupants will need to make 3 times the amount of rent per month. • Please include four of your most recent pay stubs for verification. • If you are beginning a new employment position, please submit a letter of employment intention. • Military applicants may submit their 4 most recent LES. • If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement. • We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided. CREDIT VERIFICATION • Credit scores of each applicant must be that of 600 or greater. • No Evictions, Judgements to past/present Landlords, utilities, etc. The Property Manager may approve a co-signer for a declined credit verification for an applicant with no credit but with good landlord references. If so, the co-signer would need to go through the same application process. If approved, the tenant may be required to pay by certified funds. PET SCREENING • We use a third-party pet/animal policy and screening service. All Applicants should go to this link: https://alaskapropertymanagers.petscreening.com This is required of ALL tenants and is considered part of the application process. The Property Manager will tell you when you should go to the site to complete the Pet Screening Questionnaire.
