Brown Mercantile Building and then Harold’s Furniture building on 2nd Avenue North. At The Thomas, residents enjoy secure entry access, garage parking, a shared rooftop terrace, and the convenience of shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment just steps from the front door. All lofts are 1 bedroom/1 bath ranging from 1,200-2,000 square feet, and include in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, and design features original to the building. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee. Our on-site management team provides top-level care of the building and each tenant's needs, making sure you always feel at home.
