The house's very open layout includes the large living room, kitchen, eating area, and large den (all in one large open space). The large den opens to the covered porch.

Get rid of clutter.....The primary bedroom has a very large custom designed closet to to create a sense of order and allow you to quickly find/locate things. To create a sense of order, the house also has: both a second closet plus an additional 7 storage shelves in the primary bedroom, 7 storage shelves in the hallway, a kitchen pantry with 5 large shelves, and the garage has space for a few bicycles!

The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the living room. The addition of window roller shades in this "entertainment" area gives the space a very nice appearance.

The entire house has been completely updated with all new kitchen stainless steel appliances, all new flooring throughout the house, all new bathroom vanities with granite countertops.

The house has three bedrooms. Including: 1) A very large primary bedroom with master bathroom and large custom closet for increased storage and functionality. and 2) The second and the third bedroom each have a closet.

This den/office can be a place to work, read, or be in solitude.

All rooms have ceiling fans.

The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a tub shower.

The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for 10+ years.
We offer keyless entry for self-check-in.

Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio! The backyard has a orange tree and kumquat tree. In 2024, the orange tree produced over 250 oranges, and the kumquat tree roduced over 800 kumquats We do not put any chemicals in the yard, so when the fruits are ripe (Nov, Dec, & Jan), feel free to pick.

There are no stairs in or to the house. It is level.

Owner pays for grass cutting. Renter pays for all utilities.

Monthly pet fee: $40. One time non-refundable pet deposit: $400
