We require monthly income total to be at least 3x the rental price. We do a background/credit/eviction check on each applicant. We verify any rental history.

Application process can take up to 3-5 business days. We will notify you as soon as we have fully processed the application. Applications can be re-used within 30 days of receiving. Co-Signers must go through the same application process mentioned above.
