-Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name.
-Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
- Pets allowed upon approval. Additional $45/month for 1, or $60/month for 2.
