The backyard includes a relaxing covered patio and a spacious grass backyard. Length of lease can be between 12 and 24 months. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy, unless otherwise advertised.
