It is situated conveniently along I-40, between the slightly larger cities of Conway and Russellville. The area is home to a number of wineries, as well as the scenic points at Lake Dardanelle, and the Tri Peaks.
Morrilton is the perfect balance of convenience and rural living. Though the town is small and uncrowded, it's just a few minutes from larger towns where all the modern conveniences await -- including shopping malls, nice restaurants and other amusements. In addition to all the chain restaurants you expect, Morrilton boasts some local grub, such as the Rock River Grill. Townhouses for rent are convenient to these venues, yet far enough away that there are no traffic issues to speak of.
The nearby rivers and mountains offer a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, boating, fishing, and climbing. City lovers can take advantage of the affordable shopping and unusual boutiques and shops. Larger shopping venues and eateries are just a few minutes drive away in neighboring communities. For big-city conveniences, Little Rock is less than an hour's drive away from these Morrilton rental houses.
