While there are a handful of apartments for rent in town, there are even more rental homes and trailer rentals to be found. There are rental homes, duplexes, and fourplexes converted from old ranch houses and small brick buildings. There are affordable, furnished trailer homes available for short-term leases, as well as doublewide and triplewide trailers for those looking for something bigger. All of these types of rentals can be found in the $300-$800 range. It's difficult to spend more than $800 on any property rental around here, though you could if you really tried. For instance, there are some modern-chic condos and lofts downtown, as well as bigger houses for rent on bigger plots of land along the outskirts of the city. Still, it would be hard to spend more than a grand on anything.
The best thing about choosing to live the apartment life are all of the convenient amenities. Including laundry facilities and playground areas. And, if you don't have a BBQ pit, then no worries, because picnic areas with grills are always part of the amenity mix. There are also community areas with internet access, so that's one more bill that you won't have to worry about. If you’re in need of any of these extra conveniences, then the apartment life is for you.
