We are so excited to share our home with you! This is our home away from home, and we hope you can make it yours too! We have furnished and equipped this home with everything we want to have access to on our vacation. The relaxation and reenergizing feeling this home gives us when we need a break from our daily work grind is so magical... Lake Havasu has so much to offer, and we are hoping our homes is the icing on the cake during your stay. Sunsets, views, space, comfort... we have it all!

A $250 - $500 deposit may be requested for bookings and holidays.
No unauthorized guests allowed, only those on reservation.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am (includes loud voices and music).
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

USE OF POOL AND SPA
Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
