Inside you have a stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for all (even a recliner loveseat), attached sunroom off the master bedroom with a seating area, an indoor/outdoor seating area off the kitchen, a large garage & a driveway for the boat

>Kitchen - full equipped, spacious, breakfast nook with 6 person dinning table (special items include crockpot, vegetable steamer, instant hot water faucet, keurig and drip coffee maker)
>Living Room - TV: Netflix, Roku, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and internet included. Couch and loveseat
>Full Bathroom - bath tub/shower, toilet, sink
>Laundry - washer and dryer. We provide laundry supplies

The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
