They have kids on top of me. All I hear is very loud jumping around, bouncing balls, etc. My wife and I are not happy at all. Never reach office personal, only can speak through a camera. Everyday it's all loud thumping 7am - 5pm. The apartment above me, kids playing all times of day, running back and forth. Makes my dog bark constantly for the loud noises
