There is no sense of urgency with maintenance and the work is either not completed at all or is done very poorly. Working with Pierre was awful as he had no follow through on anything he said. I have been in my unit for 4 months now and still have not had all the repairs completed that were put in my move in check list. The pool area is missing the umbrellas for the tables and most of the chairs are missing. The gas grill is broken more than it’s working and only 1 pool gate is in working condition. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

We agreed upon an end price for rent with utilities included over the phone. My own fault I didn’t see on their paperwork or said otherwise. So on our second month of living there we already had to vacate our lease due to the price going from 1658 to 2054. Baby number 4 was on the way and we couldn’t afford that rent for a 2 bedroom place that was covered in paint chipping, scratch makes, cabinetry being broken. You aren’t allowed to see the unit you get so we signed for that then it took 2 months to change just one lightbulb in the kitchen that went out a week after we moved in. Guy was great though, he was the only maintenance guy for months and was swamped. Did what he could wasn’t his fault. The office closes hours before the listed time, they don’t answer the phone. They don’t answer the emails. They gave me agreement paperwork on when I did vacate my lease and said I wouldn’t have to worry about being served as long as I paid within 60 days which was fine. But interesting enough 3 days later, they said they served me, for a court date for the same exact day and it was ruled within 2 hours after that I no showed and they went in favor of the apartment. Now I have an eviction on my name that they also don’t answer the phone to discus ( been almost 6 months of trying. And when I drive an hour drive away to their office they seem to always be on lunch ? I got to put 4 in a car for this now 2 and a half hour almost thing to not speak to anyone numerous times lol) and I personally have no clue how to fix the eviction. So now I live with family after having my 4th child because no where will accept me. Just LOVE it here! And you can speak to many of the neighbors, their rent increased so badly and randomly they were also not renewing their leases or doing the same as me, vacating the lease, to leave this place. Thank you for ensuring my 4 children and I can’t get approved for an apartment and I got no clue how to fix it :) great place!
