- THE HOUSE - A single-story house with a spacious design featuring large rooms with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and an open floor plan.
- BEDROOMS - Each room is equipped with a comfortable-sized beds, dressed in high-thread count linens and fluffy pillows to ensure a restful night\'s sleep. 1 king bed in bedroom 1 and 2; single-sized and queen-sized bed in bedroom 3.
- BATHROOMS - The bathroom features a sleek, modern design with vibrant white and black tile covering the walls and floor. It also has a large bathtub, and a separate standing shower enclosed in glass.
- LAUNDRY - The washer and the dryer are front-loading. Above the washer and dryer, there is a shelf for storing laundry detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry essentials.
- POOL - The pool is equipped with a pool heating system, allowing for comfortable swimming even in cooler temperatures. The pool area has BBQ grill, sun loungers, and patio. Please note that pool heating is optional. $100 per night pool heating fee (entire reservation is required).
- PARKING - You can park in the car garage and in the paved driveway.

- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $200 or a damage waiver of $25.
- In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information.
- Pool heating fee of $100 per night(applied to entire reservation).
- Please ensure the solar cover remains on the pool at all times, both during the day and overnight (if you\'re not using it), with the bubbles facing down to protect it from the sun. This will maximize the sun\'s warming effects and maintain the desired pool temperature.
- Pre-booking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked.
- Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
- Max occupancy at all times is 7 people.
- ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to Airbnb and/or is local.
