Verified residentFirst, we have gad contiuos noise by the neighbors, the maintenance of the property is unkept, there is a dead olive tree in front yard, the air conditioner in the apt is very noisy, we gave called 3x's to unplug the bathroom tub and it keeps being plugged up continously. Traffic noise, pets that are unleashed, management not inforcing policy.
