As a first-time resident, I am concerned about a few issues I've encountered during my tenancy. Specifically, I have noticed a lack of transparency regarding rental charges, including attempts to charge me twice for rent and the addition of undisclosed fees that were not communicated upfront. Additionally, the management has not provided a clear explanation of how water charges are assessed among residents. While I hope that sharing my experience will lead to improvements, I seriously doubt that my review will effect any meaningful change. Open communication and transparency are essential for a positive living experience.
