Mission Palms

Failed to do timely repairs. Soccer field and courts have been under repair for the entire 10 months I’ve lived there. No end date in sight. Pool is often closed for repair but no evidence of repairs made. Failed to maintain common areas, such as having grills for propane. Shower and bathrooms are main pool do no function- shower continues running and bathroom doors missing door knobs- essentially unusable. Management will promise to call you back on issues but fail to do so. Failed to have smart door repairs for several months but continued to charge for the service… I lived here in the past and would have given at least 4 stars. More recent experience was very different. It’s affordable and nice complex due to variety of trees, but not well maintained or run anymore.
