Also nearby is Palm Desert's fine dining/shopping on El Paseo and a little further west you can experience the artistic and laid-back golfing community of Rancho Mirage and historical landmarks of the Palm Springs as you travel through the arts and entertainment district of Cathedral City. Seasonal rates are: $4800 per month May-Sep, $5200 per month.Oct-March. APRIL 8th-14th is $15,000. April 16th-22nd is $15,000. April 24th-30th is $15,000. Maximum stay one month. Rate includes a $300/month utility usage cap (water/gas/electric/internet)--guest pays overage. Guest pays $350 cleaning, $69 insurance waiver (in lieu of security deposit). No Pets.
