The owner covers waste management and HOA dues, including landscaping services, gas, water, internet, and a $300 monthly heating bill allowance to offset the pool and spa costs. The tenant is responsible for paying $300 monthly. The entire house is available except for lock cabinets in the laundry room and a small golf cart garage.
