Maintenance has been quick and responsive, staff is great and there isn’t a lot of turnover, which allows for relationship building, and the facilities/appliances have all worked well. Normal city noises (you are on Market St, so high traffic), and can hear your neighbors at times, but nothing terrible. I renewed my lease, for what it’s worth”
