Enjoy the private patio for a morning coffee, then walk to the nearby trolley station to go sunbathing and swimming, take a bike ride or a stroll on the beach, or catch a Padres game. This bright and cozy residence has everything you\'ll need to feel at home.

Our comfy residence provides an ideal environment for families, couples or solo travelers. The house is newly constructed, and designer decorated throughout with art pieces and little touches to enhance your vacation experience.

The whole house is yours to enjoy as your home away from home. Guests may conveniently self-check-in using the assigned entry code provided prior to arrival. There is onsite parking in a single car garage located at the front of the property.

A private patio provides a sitting area for you to relax and enjoy San Diego\'s beautiful sunshine.
A Weber grill is provided for barbecuing your favorite dishes during the summer and a fire pit for the winter.

Plan on preparing meals or snacks in a fully equipped custom kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, toaster and more. It is fully stocked with pots and pans as well as all standard kitchen supplies.

The living room has premium hardwood floors with a comfortable leather and additional fold-down sofa bed, two chairs and a 55 smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi and all premium channels included.

Full size kitchen is open to dining area with a dinette set for 6 people.

When it\'s time to call it a night, the guests can comfortably sleep on a King-sized bed in the main bedroom, while the additional room provides a queen-sized bed. The fold down sofa in the living room can sleep two.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located between the two bedrooms.

For our infant guests we are able to provide a pack n play, where your baby can comfortably sleep or play and a highchair to make mealtimes a breeze.

If you have any free time left, you\'ll find all kind of games for all ages in the living room. The house has a new HVAC system and a high-capacity instant water heater. A washer and dryer are provided in the private garage adjacent to the kitchen.

The garage is located at the front of the property. There is a keypad on the garage wall to open the garage door. Tandem parking is not allowed if you bring two cars, you will need to find street parking for your second car. Garage dimensions:

La Mesa is conveniently located 10 minutes to the San Diego airport. The house is conveniently located nearby 2 freeways and has double pane windows that reduce any noise to a minimum.
