Our property has two units, upstairs and downstairs. This listing is for the downstairs, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, best suited for two roommates or a couple. This unit has been completely renovated with brand-new windows, flooring, fixtures and appliances. Features a newly remodeled bathroom with shower and slate floors, open kitchen/living room, new bedroom with French doors and sliding doors that open to an outdoor deck and lower yard. Currently the unit is furnished, as seen in the most recent photos, and is available for short term rental of 1-6 mo. It can also be provided unfurnished for longer term rentals.
All the outdoor spaces, gardens and patios are shared with us. Laundry unit is shared between upstairs and downstairs tenants.
We are looking for:
