The space

This Guest House has its own entrance, patio, bathroom, laundry, and fully stuffed kitchen, queen bed with pillow top, love seat, dining table with chairs, computer table and chair, TV with Roku, bedding, sheets, pillows, and towels.

Kitchen has cooking pots, frying pan, baking pan, cooking utensils, Keurig with the starter pods and re-fillable pods, French coffee press, rice cooker, toaster, plates, coffee cups, drinking glasses and forks, knifes and more.

The guest house can fit 2 people comfortably.

What is not allowed: Parties, Animals, any smoking inside the house (the cost of getting rid of the odor will be charged to a guest), smoking cannabis inside or outside of the house, using cooking spices that are extra smelly.
