The citrus trees are in bloom several times during the year, providing an intoxicating fragrance. French doors at the front of the guest house open to a Spanish-tiled patio and fountain. Tenants can enter and exit the property from a driveway gate at the front of the property.

The guest house has a combination of hardwood and stone tile flooring. The queen sized 10” thick mattress rests on a steel sofa bed frame.

Bar stool style counter and eating area are adjacent to the kitchenette which is equipped with an under the counter refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric tea kettle, hot plate, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, tea pot, and utensils. The kitchenette is stocked with assortments of tea, coffee, sparkling and filtered water. Linens, towels, pillows, blankets, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc. are provided, and features beautiful Marimekko linens. Cleaning service provided on a regular basis.

The guest house features a built-in desk. High-speed wireless internet is available on the property. A 42" HDTV is available in the guest house, along with a variety of streaming networks and channels via Roku including premium services like HBO and Netflix along with a Blu-Ray DVD player. Plentiful street parking is available with no restrictions. The guest house has central air conditioning and heating.
