More nitty gritty: yearly lease, $1845/month for one occupant, $1945/month for two, maximum two occupants in unit, $1845 security deposit, $30 credit check. Lastly, this is a clean, quiet, considerate low-key building, you need to be clean, quiet and considerate too- if you're still in your partying phase, this ain't your place. Manager lives onsite:)
