A highlight of this home is the group room off the main living space that offers another massive flat screen TV as extra entertainment while playing pool or table tennis in in its own gamified pub setting or using the full-complement professional gym equipment area.

As an indoor/outdoor southern California family and business group whole home retreat, Skyhill Pool Residence as everything you need and want to readily enjoy connected food-prep for indoor and outdoor dining tables and entertainment spaces. A perfect pool side luxury outdoor living space set-up for family, or working group, or the get-a-way of friends. The outdoor dining just feet from the indoor kitchen and a natural gas BBQ grill.

When its time to eat, gather at either of the indoor or outdoor tables or both combined.

BED & BATH

The upstairs is decidedly artsy and eclectic with a master suite that has a plush California king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, private desk, large closet, clothing bureau, plush seating, and lots of closet space for extended stays. The on-suite bathroom includes a vanity, tub, and shower.

Also upstairs is a 2 more very personal-feeling bedrooms with large closet, seating, entertainment. Also, a central 2nd floor workspace desk big enough for 2 in a quite seating area several can meet in.

Three guest rooms on the 2 floors each have a queen bed and large Amazon Alexa Prime flat-screen TVs with most every entertainment choice.

Parking is available for 3 cars, two in the secure garage, and one out front. Street parking is discouraged in the small neighborhood. Skyhill is a fly-in whole-home private resort and not suitable for local group multi-car groups.

This home is accessed via a flight of stairs. It is a two-story house with a single stairway access to the 2d story.

This rental is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Parties are strictly prohibited. There is a quiet neighborhood policy after 11:00 PM discouraging attracting attention to travelers within the Hollywood hills zone of the mega entertainment district.

Initial entry and digital check-in are exclusively through the digital lock in the main front door entry. Cameras alert staff if you have any trouble accessing. The booking guest will be emailed their unique digital code two (2) days in advance of their arrival. and SMS Text the day before arrival. The digital locks will ONLY work starting at the 4:00 PM check-in day and through the 10:00 AM check-out time and day.

Stroll across the street to the Universal Studios Theme Park Hollywood or an array of world-famous studios and local hotspots on Ventura Blvd. Or down the street to the world-famous Hollywood and Sunset Blvds. Or a little further to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and shop like the rich and famous.

Or take the Metro subway just a short walk at Universal station to the Hollywood station for the world-famous Hollywood Blvds Walk of Fame and exciting glamorous nightlife. Or Metro to anywhere in Los Angeles greater area. Getting around A short walk to the nearby metro station provides convenient access to all of L.A. and CA. We love to Host nice people but no privacy is why you rent a private home so you may never see or hear from us and unless you want or need to.
This home although completely rebuilt and modernized was in the day the home of famous musicians and the recording studio for some of the top names of yester year... A fun history, and still today the neighborhood is packed with media industry professionals and talent. If you see someone famous... smile but leave them alone :)

In agreement with the neighborhood families, we maintain a Securitas International Security Service agency response agreement with the global firm, and they are stationed directly across the way at Universal Studios with L.A. Sheriffs substation. The neighbors can call Securitas in emergency, which can result in forfeit of remaining nights and payment balance. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood. A wonderful family or small-group home, for mid-week work or a fabulous staycation. We cater to the family traveler group from out of the area. Eight (10) that can occupy 5 beds is also the MAXIMUM number of people ordinance allowed on the property. This is an agreement with our dear neighbors, but also L.A. strict anti-party ordinance. Skyhill Modern House Rules forbid parties of any kind.

We limit vehicles to 3. Two (2) that must be in the garage, that will hold larger SUVs and another one (1) on driveway or during daylight directly on the homes front street curb same side.

There is a pet fee, but your pets are welcome and there is a great neighborhood to walk them in or space out back just to stretch their little legs.
