Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhome. The townhome is a 30+ day minimum rental. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Property is near the train tracks and guests will hear the train and train crossing arm signals during their stay. Quiet hours outdoors are 10PM to 10AM daily. No parties are allowed. No Pets. No smoking or vaping. No fire pits are allowed on the property or in the community. Guests booking the accommodation must be a minimum age of 25 to rent. Guests must sign a rental agreement. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest\'s responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest\'s children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest\'s stay.
