All areas are shared. All are welcome to enjoy the kitchen, living room, and dining room, front yard and backyard, while being considerate of other of course.

I work in environmental engineering, and enjoy art, music, dance, and cooperative living.

Mature men and women have been very welcome here in the past, and have found a good home here.

Amenities include: dishwasher, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and large front and backyard with available gardening space for tenants. Share cost of utilities: electricity, gas, internet, garbage pick up, and water (EBMUD). Pet friendly for dog(s) in the large backyard, but not inside the house.

Flexible move in date! Date Available: As early as July 15th 2024. $860/month rent. $860 security deposit and last months rent required for move in.
