A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). 5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID. 6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted.
