The Louie

The Louie, designed by award-winning architect Lloyd Russell, AIA, is a unique urban mixed-use community consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment residences that highlight individual outdoor areas, lofty ceilings, large sliding glass pocket doors, soft-closing cabinetry, custom tilework, quartz counters, and in-unit washer dryer. The Louie is located two blocks from Balboa Park, in Bankers Hill, San Diego. The Louie is further accentuated by a tranquil courtyard that features an outdoor kitchen with gourmet gas grill, multiple dining table sets with umbrellas, a sectional sofa covered by a large cantilever umbrella, a natural gas fire pit, sun loungers, and underground gated parking with bike storage.
