We have a private, first floor, 1 Bed/1 Bath in a new 3 story townhouse in Willow Glen for rent. 12.5 X 16.6 ft, 260 sqf total. The first floor is completely yours, with attached garage parking and direct entrance to your room.

Custom built-in working desk, storage, plus outside private porch for fresh air. Comes with blazing wifi, wall-mounted TV with Xfinity cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime video. All utilities included. No kitchen, though you already have a fridge and microwave in the room. Prefer working professional as we are the other two working professionals residing on the third floor, so the house is quiet most of the time. So please no excessive noise, drugs, and stuff that may cause concerns to our housemates and neighbors.

The area is safe and monitored by several cameras from the driving entrance and to the condo (we have HOA to take care of gardening, outside cleaning and repairs and it’s always clean and looks amazing). Minutes to downtown willow glen and the plant shopping center and short distance to elsewhere in San Jose. Very comfortable commuting to tech areas such as sunnyvale, mountain view...etc via CA 87 to US 101 and vice versa. I know, because I worked in Sunnyvale.

Deposit: $700 + last month rent ($1400). Individual tenant. No pets and smoking please. 6 months minimum, then month to month is ok (30 days advance notice for both tenant and I).
