Credit and eviction search will be conducted prior to approval. All applicants must be prepared to provide requested documentation and allow for verification. Any third-party employment verification costs will be paid by applicant. Our application fee of $35 is per applicant and is non-refundable.

Tenant pays all utilities, landscaping and pool cleaning. Tenant may not make any modifications to the property, interior or exterior without written approval of owner/manager. All damage caused by the tenant will be charged directly to the tenant. Pets are allowed with a $250 pet deposit per pet. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
