Classic Santa Cruz beach bungalow only minutes from the beach and other great amenities of Mid-town, Seabright, downtown and all that Santa Cruz has to offer. House is nestled into the lot, with access only from private alleyway with fruit trees, mature landscaping, fenced yard, deck, and finished outbuilding. Large laundry/mud room to enter house and into kitchen; washer dryer included. Kitchen has lots of cupboard storage space, granite countertops backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a gas range! Laminate flooring throughout house and in the finished shed. Bathroom is spacious with a shower over tub, fresh tile and modern trim. French doors open to a lovely back deck perfect for sun bathing or reading a book. in the front yard there is a fully finished shed with laminate flooring, electricity, bright paint and modern trim perfect for an office, art studio or board room. Outdoor shower is perfect to keep the beach sand outside rather than in! Two dedicated parking spaces, all other parking would be on Windsor or adjacent streets. Although the address is Seabright, there is no direct access to the house from Seabright Ave. Access only through a private alley off of Windsor St. Pets will be considered on a pet by pet basis; information such as type, size, age, etc will all be taken into consideration. Owner may ask for additional deposit. Tenant will be required in the lease to carry renters insurance. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities except gardener. 12 month lease minimum; California Association of Realtors lease is used. BHB Property Management will not be party in lease; owner will take over management after tenant placement. All adults 18+ in age will be required to submit application and be responsible party on lease agreement. Application can be found on our website; application fee is non refundable.
