This new and spacious 3 bedroom plus office/den and 2 bathroom home is a renter's dream come true. While a short drive to Whole Foods, Staff of Life, The Buttery, and Santa Cruz downtown, it provides fast access to all freeways should you have to commute to work. It is one of a total of four townhouse-style homes, all located off May Avenue near Market and the Branciforte Creek The home features a reversed floorplan. One large bedroom, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and the home office are located downstairs off a spacious lobby with a coat closet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms as well as another large bathroom with a shower over the tub. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet, while all other bedrooms have medium sized or a large closet. The kitchen living room make entertainment and family life easy: an open floorplan provides for a multitude of layouts for the residents. The kitchen has maple cabinets, quartz countertops, and all white appliances (electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave hood as well as a full sized fridge). There is a large, south facing deck off the living room as well as a smaller balcony towards the backside of the home, adding to the large airy feeling, just like the vaulted ceilings do. The home is built very energy efficient with an on-demand hot water heater, heat pump for AC Heat etc. Washer and dryer are being provided. All flooring throughout is waterproof LVT flooring. All windows are double-paned with window coverings provided by the landlord. The home has a large two car garage, as well as a small, locked, storage room for bikes, surfboards etc. NEM 2.0 Solar Panels are installed on the home, allowing for an energy credit for the full amount generated by the solar panels. The garage is also equipped with a stubbed 220V outlet and at the tenant's expense, an EV charger can be added. One year lease. Deposit is one month's rent and payable upon lease signing. Tenant is responsible for PG and SCMU (water, sewer and trash). We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well. Our office participates in the Pet Screening service, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PROFILE EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PETS IN THE HOME.
