Looking for an awesome new person to join us. Perfect for someone who travels for work a good bit of the time or potential Ski Lease but open to anyone who is the right fit. The ideal person for the house is a working professional who knows how to value, keep clean, and appreciate a nice home.

The right fit is someone who has personal schedule that is aligned with mornings, like the two of us that currently live here. Must be able to communicate your needs in a mature way and are considerate of others. I manage and live in the home with my roommate (currently male but have had multiple women living in the space previously). The house will be maintained as a safe and positive space for all. We have a higher standard of cleanliness than average but not OCD level. This is not a party house. Looking to maintain a wholesome environment with like minded people who know how to respect each other.

About me: Male, I work remotely in sustainability for an architecture firm. I have a coworking space in town but still work from home some of the time. I spend as much time outdoors as possible backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and shooting photography.

Lovely 1 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms (shared) in South Lake Tahoe home (NO PETS). This is for a single person, unfortunately no couples.

This room is on the first floor (w/ nice natural light) of the house with a double door sliding glass closet. This is a five bedroom house but I'm only renting out two rooms and I occupy the master. Also includes 1 garage parking space (fits smaller size SUV/Car) with plenty of driveway room and storage space for gear etc. Room is unfurnished.

Amenities included: Central heat, gas fire place, hardwood floors (nice carpet in bedrooms), pool table, upstairs and downstairs living room space, dishwasher, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, washer dryer, large back yard with bocce ball court, and outdoor gas fire ring.

Utilities: Sewer and garbage are included in rent. Gas, Electric, water, and internet are shared between three roommates.

Unfortunately No pets (I like them but owners are not as keen). We have a great snowblower. It's expected that you will contribute to keeping the driveway clear in the winter using the snowblower and helping shovel the decks/walkways.

Date Available: Starting March 2025. $1,100/month rent. $1,100 security deposit required. I am flexible on lease length (1 mo, 6mo, or 1 year)
