The home comes with a 2 car garage, fenced backyard with 2 decks and large shed, finished basement and air conditioning. This home is near several parks (Eldorado Park, Hilltop Park, Seven Hills Park and the expansive Cherry Creek State Park), trails, grocery stores, and near Dalton Elementary, Columbia Middle & Rangeview High School.
