Our second floor condo is large, with 9 foot ceilings, lots of windows and light in an open floor plan. The building is secure and parking is right outside in your reserved space. The kitchen is open to the living room and large, with a beautiful granite island and stainless appliances. There are numerous cabinets to hold all kinds of kitchen things and a dedicated pantry too! Enjoy your covered patio off of the living room, this is large enough to place a nice big dining table or other furniture. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. This primary bedroom is huge, and has a walk in closet and en suite bathroom. On the other end, there is a nice sized bedroom, a laundry room ( included is a washer/dryer ) and hall bathroom. So close to parks, restaurants, shops etc. and the Aurora Hills Golf Course is across I 225 as well as the I225 Medical and Business Plaza. Schedule your tour to see this! The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes, and 2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee, or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
