2339 13th Street is made up of four units:  the original house on the property (apt. #1) and a three-unit addition off the back of the house.  Great location in Downtown Boulder, just a few blocks north of Pearl Street and with easy access to the CU and Naropa campuses as well as hiking/biking trails on the west side of town.

Apartment #3 is the lower level, and comes with its own patio/porch area, and assigned parking off the alley.  Back yard space is shared by the three units in the addition.

Security deposit equals one and a half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing.

Cats allowed with $200 cat deposit

ONE dog allowed with $300 dog deposit
